Bunch more phone calls, emails, and chats, and I finally got a receipt, and was over billed 109 plus tax. Many more emails and chats, and they don't/won't answer what it is for. It is like a broken record that tell me labor and parts price. Ended up turning them into the BBB and stopping payment on my credit card. Sad too - because it appears the work, and the person who did the work was fine. They just can't handle the paperwork side of the transaction. |
