Appliance Repair by A & A Appliance in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania

This is a subcontractor for Whirlpool, calls me at 8 pm the night before and demands I be ready with paperwork and receipts for when I bought my fridge. Again, this is a “Whirlpool subcontractor” my warranty is with Whirlpool not this contractor, Whirlpoool told them to come service my fridge under warranty, I didn't ask them for anything, why do I owe them anything? All this condescending, self riteous woman was worried about was getting paid, couldn't care less about the customer. When I told her I would see if I could find the receipt she said she was not sending a technician if they weren't getting paid and she cancelled my appointment. When I called back and told her I was able to locate the receipt she said she wasn't sending anyone she had already cancelled my appointment. I guess this was her way of punishing me for me not bowing to her demands. A whole day off work wasted. My advise, find someone who gives a damn about their customers because this woman couldn't care less...
