| Trish Harrington | Nice windows, nice group of guys that came out. The owner measured approximately 3 months before installation date. We had 2 picture windows and 4 side windows. After tearing out old windows, and installing side windows they realized the measurement was wrong for large picture window. Long story short we lived with a boarded up window for two weeks with no apology or offer of compensation from owner. I had to call company to ask what was going on. Owner was nice and apologetic but did not knock anything off price, and I asked. 4200 job. If he had cared a little about his mistake, I'd recommend this company. Unfortunately I just can't. |
