Mitch told me he'd be there the next morning between 8:30 and 9:00. He showed up on time. Nobody ever shows up on time. Pretty much took the TV down with minimal help from me. Opened it up, showed me exactly where the problem was, told me he'd take it to his shop and call me after further testing. He called me 3 hours later, who works that fast?, told me it was fixed, gave me the price, and would return it the next morning. Showed up, put it back on the bracket, turned it on, perfect. 2 days!! Who does that? Wish he was my cable guy. |
| IamGio | Knowingly my TV was broken beyond repair I still decided to pay 20 deductible in hopes something can be done. Mitch called me within hours and determine my tv was a Total Lost. He was able to work with my budget and found me an even bigger TV with same functionality as the original. His honesty and integrity is highly recommended. Excellent service. |
