| Justin George | My folks contacted Joe to have our dryer vent cleaned. Joe came out at the scheduled time, greeted us, and did the work. As Joe worked, he explained to us what he was doing. He was very professional with all four of us. In addition to vacuuming the line, Joe also vacuumed the back of the dryer, the lint trap, area, and the floor around the dryer. When the job was finished, he showed us that the dryer was working correctly and that the airspeed outflow on the outside of the house was where it should be. My folks paid the same price that they had previously agreed upon. We recommend anyone who wants professional dryer cleaning to contact Joe. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and polite. |
