Crawford was dispatched through our AHS home warranty. They came when they said they would and quickly fixed our washing machine. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and personable.

Home warranty company sent their contact info for repair. They cancel the reservation the last minute and forced us to accept a new reservation less than 24 hour notice that did not work for us. Of course, we rejected them immediately on the phone. They said we should be responsible for it because we did not tell the home warranty company that we cannot make on the new reservation time. Later the home warranty company confirmed that scheduling is between the contractor and us, and they have nothing to do with it. Later on, they made things difficult on us on purpose. From appointment only available to us at the time we cannot make it to they can come anytime of the day as they want. Sandra was very very rude all the time. When I checked their google review 2 years ago, they cannot repair anything! I am glad they will not repair for us! Given such a unprofessional front desk, I double the whole business runs professionally and how ugly it can be later on.
