| Cheryl Sullivan | Terry's appliance actually delivered a stove that wasn't working and would not come and take it back. Their customer service is the worse I've ever seen. I had to wait weeks for a repair man, yes on a brand new stove, and when he did come he had to order a part that took 2 more weeks to come in. I had to take not one but two days off from work to meet repair man to fix a brand new stove I paid good money for. You decide if you want to take a chance with a company like this. |
