| Tonia Herrin | The gentleman from Port City Appliance Services Inc was on time to diagnose an issue with my Bosch dishwasher the company was selected by Bosch to service the unit, as we thought it might be a warranty issue and so Bosch covered the diagnostic cost. The gentleman discovered that the plumber who installed my new garbage disposal did not remove the plug from the disposal, so the drain from the dishwasher was blocked by the plastic plug so could not drain the dishwasher. The diagnostician KINDLY removed the plug and did not charge for that service!!! I am VERY impressed and grateful! |
