The positive reviews of Williamson's Auto prompted me to give them a try when my car was having engine trouble. First impressions were great until their repairs didn't resolve the problem I was having with my vehicle. A misdiagnosis led them to do work on a piece of the problem rather than resolve it entirely. Rather than work with me to resolve the issues I was still having or at least partially refund me for the work, the owner told me I was “talking out of my ass” and that he couldn't help me. They couldn't accurately diagnose the problem with my vehicle, were extremely rude, and it cost me. I will not be going back.
