We bought a new GE microwave to replace our over-the-range model that failed. David and Bradley came the next day for the installation. They were courteous, very professional, and we are giving them SIX stars out of five! We strongly recommend Newsome Home Appliance services for any appliance needs!

Did not show up when they said they would. Never did any troubleshooting, just changed out parts, starting with the most expensive. Changed out 3 different parts and never fixed the refrigerator. We ended up calling a friend who guided us and we got the refrigerator working. Will never call them again!

Called about my fridge not cooling but freezer was fine. They never checked or pulled the fridge out to see if it's common things, just started replacing parts. again never once checked the fridge at all!!! Just say well let's replace this and see if this is the problem. It has been almost 3 weeks and they replaced 3 parts and still not working. 3 weeks without a fridge !!! They even said they are unsure what's causing the problem. They would just replace the part and leave and say hope this works. Never been here longer then 30 mins. Doesn't even check to see if the part works. Tells us to call them and let them know. When parts doesn't work, it takes them days to come out and when they say they will be out around this time it's always past the time they say which is hours later. Yesterday they said they were on there way around 11 but didn't show up until 3:30 and was here for only 15 mins tops! Again tells us to let them know if it works. Why don't you just stay around a little and see if it works yourself. Also they took out our ice marker twice and never puts it back. Just leaves. Doesn't know what they are doing, just will replace parts and hope it works. Ridiculous!
