Appliance Repair by Desert Appliance Parts & Service in Yucaipa, California

I would recommend Desert Appliance to everyone. Office Staff was very friendly and prompt at scheduling my appointment. The Technicians were very professional. Showed up in a fully stocked, marked with logo van. Even though it took a long time for parts for my repair, I did not hold it against them. Not their fault. The diagnosis and repair was done promptly and professionally. They even cleaned up after themselves. 5 STARS!!!!

The dryer is a basic dryer absent of frills or electronics. Whirlpool Dryer Model WED4815 EW1. On 07/31/2019 Desert Appliance Parts came out to repair squeaking dryer. Dryer began to squeak more often and louder after the repair. They came back again and repaired, but the squeaking persisted. I sent videos. Tumbler began to click. So, now I have clicking and squeaking. It is now November 2019. I called several times and left messages, but no response. Finally, today 11/12/2019, I was able to get them on the phone. I was told that there was nothing more that could be done. They lost money on coming out twice, and the noise is just noise, and I would have to live with it until it breaks down. So, they cannot do more to remedy the squeaking and the clicking. They feel as long as it is drying the clothes they consider it fixed. Ha! Seriously.

Did shoddy work on our dishwasher and now won't return our phone calls. Steer clear of this place!
