| TIKI | Very unhappy with the delivery system. Ordered a stove and a refrigerator for our new home. Both of them were at their store and ready to be delivered as scheduled on August 30th. Called them; stove may be delivered late this afternoon 9-6. The refrigerator is now scheduled for delivery 9-11, at the earliest. Too long to be without a stove and a refrigerator. |
| Amber Cooke | I would never recommend this company to anyone. We had a scheduled delivery and made accommodations with our work so we could be home for the appointment. The service man did not show up at the scheduled 3pm we were told and when we called the office Cathy let us know that he must have gotten tied up at another home. Called her back to speak to the supervisor and was told I would get a call from Peggy in 5-10 minutes and did not receive a call. Called back and got a voicemail. Terrible Customer service. We have gone with another service and I will make sure to let anyone who needs maintenance to their appliances know NOT to go to Kossel's. |
