I came in resigned to needing a new washer and dryer and the sales associate was honest and informative about the most reliable machines to meet my needs. After discussing the issues with my current washer and dryer he recommended i call a tech to come take a look and thought it may be an affordable fix, which they were! The service call is 49 and they apply it to the purchase of another machine if needed which is great. Freaking life savers! |
