Excellent service from Jamie and other staff from first booking reservations for lodging, tour and snowmobiles for our family of 5 to picking them up and getting on the trails. The snowmobiles were in great condition and the clothing we rented kept us warm on two very chilly, but beautiful days.

I don't take this kind of post lightly and would rather not perpetuate ill will towards any person or organization but in this case perhaps a punitive post might help the company make necessary adjustments. Last night seeking service for my Skidoo summit X 800 I was caught in a terrible crossfire between employees. One was a tech and the other perhaps a manager, maybe even the owner. The older of the two screamed at me and the employee over a very routine service and threatened the employee. In the end I choose to take my business elsewhere and ended up down the road where I ran into a similar company with a bright and helpful staff. If the young man lost his job for helping a customer I trust that his skills as a Technician will be more happily employed at one of this company's competitors. Beware! Things are very on edge at this place and things could go from good to bad in the flash of a fuse.
