Example I bought I used vehicle from the Mazda off Cannon in Carlsbad, turns out the interior lights were out, went back to the dealership and they wanted to charge me 120 per light that needed to be replaced!! I went to Drive to have the vehicle checked out and told Brian about the lights and he had his crew swap them out free. And this is one of many stories about how Brian and his team go above and beyond and I will always go to their shop. Customer for life!
