| Aussie101 | Don't waste your time with this bunch. Rude and arrogant service can't hold an appointment didn't show up then blamed it on me for not calling them. I expect when you have an appointment for them to show up as I waited on them all day. I understand that people get busy but a phone call would of been appropriate. And when I said that to the lady that answers the phone she said that it would of been appropriate for me to call them that made no sense at all i lived up to my side of the deal and was home all day waiting on nobody a no show then she hung up in my ear. Anyway there lost as it was a 20,000 dollar job that is going in the pocket of the competition. What a joke as if there the only HVAC company around. I wish them all the best and hope it's a learning curve for them so they don't have to close there doors one day as the competition is fierce in this industry. We also flip homes as a hobby so they will not only miss out on this job but many more to come as our regular HVAC guy retired. |
