I went to this location because had acquired an older Bernina 1008 for my mom and I wanted to make sure the machine was in the best working order before gifting it to her. The ladies in this shop made sure that my mom's machine was in perfect working order and that she knew how to use it. They cared for that little machine as if it were their own! I don't live in Montgomery so this meant the world to me because I had to leave my mom and her machine in their care and trust them to take care of them both, and they definitely DID! The service in this shop was above and beyond! I immediately felt comfortable leaving my mom's machine in their care. The group was very careful to follow up with me via phone, giving every detail about the machine and to keep me in the loop as they completed the service. I am so grateful to this specialty Bernina store. If you are considering using this shop, GO FOR IT!! It's five stars all of the way around! |
