| Puglady Martinez | Quick Fix deserves less than 1 star. They came out 3 times to fix my ice maker through my home warranty company and then, without telling me, passed it off to another company. Then, they were asked by the same warranty company to come out for a different problem that they possibly caused now the entire refrigerator isn't working and they called to tell me they'd be here between 12pm-3pm and never showed, never called. When I finally got ahold of someone after leaving several messages, the owner Maria, who sounds like I woke her up at 8:30 on a work day, told me that Quick Fix transferred my work order again without coming to my home and didn't bother to communicate that to me. Their address is an apartment, so I think that speaks volumes. Do not use them. I agree with the previous comment that the tech was not knowledgeable. |
| James Ousley | Don't waste your your time and if American Home Shield wants to send them refuse. A very small company whose service tech had zero troubleshooting skills. 4 visits in a month and my cooktop is still not repaired. They rarely answer their phone. Almost always just get voicemail.. |
