Michele Pike | I am new to the area and saw on Google that they had good reviews. I was there before 8am on a Monday and dropped off 5 items. I was given a pickup day of Wednesday which is wonderful! I picked up the clothes Thursday morning around 7:30am and they were ready and looked great. I am very happy with the quality of the service and will be back! |
Michael van Ter Sluis | I needed tuxedo pants hemmed and tapered on short notice for a black tie gala. I was happy they could accommodate. Unfortunately, the pants were tapered much too narrow and could barely fit over my calf. I was picking up the pants for an event that same night - so, there was no time to fix. Either way, the tailor said this was “in fashion” and happily collected my money. To make matters worse, while I was dressing for the event, the seam on the pants split at the calf. On the way to the event, I stopped at my local cleaners - fully dressed in my tux. Thankfully they were able to reinforce the stitch while I stood in the store with no pants. This was a temporary fix to get me through the night without embarrassment. I still need to have the pants re-tailored. I will not be coming back to Kawser. |
