| Jessie Ramirez | Horrible customer service! Called to make an appointment and was scheduled 2 weeks out. Guy came out and looked at my washer for 3 mins and charged 65 dollar service fee. Waited a week for a call back to get my appliance fixed and this guy "Carlos" never came back or called. Will never do business with them again or recommend them. Wish I could give zero to no stars. |
