Tuesday morning I contacted Thelen Mechanical and within 15 minutes they responded and promised to get back to me with a time someone could come out today!!! Within 30 minutes we were scheduled. We were notified when the tech had left his last apportionment and arrived well within the appointment time! The tech was very professional and through in his review of our problem.
