Top notch service and expertise. Had Mark for a particularly thorny appliance problem 4 years ago and he was great. Fortunately, no appliance problems since, until recently my Whirlpool drier died. I remembered the great job Mark did the last time and wasted no time finding his info. He booked the time and was here when he said he would be. He had the problem diagnosed in short order. After getting the needed part he had it swapped out and working in no time. He was just as good as I remembered and expertly done at a fair price. I said before that this guy is a gem. He still is. Don't waste your time on the big guys, this small business is huge if you want the job done right and you don't want to be robbed. I'd recommend Mark for any appliance repair.

Mr. Seifert responded to my house to help me out with problems with a Samsung dryer on 8-23-2019. Mr. Seifert responded on time and was very professional. Mr. Seifert took the time to show me the problems related to my dyer and how he was going to fix it. Mr. Seifert took the time to go beyond what i had explained to him in the initial service call. Mr. Seifert uncovered a poor repair job that was done by a repair company two weeks prior. Mr. Seifert may have saved my family from an electrical hazard. Mark arrived at my home on time. Unfortunately, I arrived 30 minutes later. He patiently sat in his car until I arrived and did not bill me for the time. He diagnosed my dryer in a matter of minutes and had the problem fixed and mess cleaned up within 30 minutes. I will use him in the future without hesitation.
