Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Terrible work quality. Only used them because of home warranty company. Would definitely not recommend.

My home warranty company assigned this company to me. I read the reviews first but still chose to move forward with them; never again. Three tries to fix my dryer, I was told that my refrigerator part was no longer made, my husband found the part and repaired iand last my dishwasher repair. It took 30 days to get the part, several calls to AHS to intervene and finally they arrived to repair. Technician arrived made repair and left. When I returned home the dishwasher was still not working and a part to my filter was gone. I contacted AHS to reschedule. In the meantime, I called the company and asked the receptionist to have the technician return the filter upon his second visit. When the technician arrived he immediately went on the attack about the filter, no concern about the dishwasher repair. A skilled technician would have known that the filter was a 2 part filter and would have known that it was a necessary part, but not this guy. He proceeded to tell me that I didn't know what I was talking about, I've only cleaned the filter once a week for over 12 years. After the visit, I phoned the company to report the visit and was told that the owner doesn't have time to talk with customers because he's busy. It all made since to me, leadership sets the tone for any business and when you don't have time for your customers, you shouldn't be in business. Needless to say, AHS sent another repair company to repair the dishwasher and I spent money out of my own pocket to replace the part. There are tons of reputable repair companies, this company is not one of them. Take your business elsewhere.
