| maximuss | This review gets two stars because this True Value has very good staff. However it is absolutely the worst True Value in the chain. I've worked for True Value not this location and am aware of the load out for all stores, even D stores. This location bareilly carries the absolute minimum inventory list. The things they don't have would make a great hardware store. I know for sure, many of these items are on the std inventory for a D class store. So I can only assume that this is the regional manager since the manager seems quite pleasant and competent. But who knows because this is normally a GM decision. If you need basic basic supplies they will have it. I STRONGLY recommend a phone call, have a staff member walk to and grab or touch what you want for confirmation. Then and only then make a trip. Otherwise you will not find what you want 90 of the time. |
