| ha hoang | This is a terrible HVAC technician/company. My fridge wasn't cold and when he looked it, said he couldn't tell if it was low on freon or if there was a leak. He proceeded to install a valve on my compressor line without my approval and told me that was the only he can confirm if it had freon. In fact, he did not need to install the valve which damaged my refrigerator to determine freon level. He should've been able to do that with an amp meter, but didn't. Because he installed this valve, he proceeded to charge me 15 for it in addition to the 85 service call. Also, he claimed that the 85 service call was only for him to come to the house and not do anything or diagnose anything. This is a lie as I had confirmed on the phone with an older woman making appointments prior to making the appointment that the service charge covers him diagnosing the issue and determining fixable. If I decide not to proceed with the fix, I just pay 85. If I decide to fix, it would be 85+parts and labor. He was 45mins late, arriving at 11:45am for a 11am appointment. He is incompetent, a rip off, dishonest and lousy technician. He even threatened to sue me if i don't pay the 15 for the valve that i did not authorize or approve. Just sloppy and lousy. |
