Not only did they get it out there the same day, but the delivery people waited for me; moved the washer and dryer, took out the broken refrigerator, installed the new refrigerator, and then reinstalled the washer and dryer. | Eli Color | l have purchase several appliances in the past, from this place; however they all seem to only last about a year or so. I recently decide to go back and purchase a much needed washer. I offered to give them 3 appliances in exchange to make the delivery free of charge. After they said ok, they still went ahead and charged me a 60.00 dollars delivery fee. When I decided to cancel the entire transaction, they decided to charge me a re-stocking fee of 57.00 dollars. So, in other words they were determined to make a buck, no matter what. What a rip-off, a re-stocking fee, really guys. Stay away from this place, not worth getting ripped off and loosing your hard earned money. |
