I was pretty frustrated with them because they 1 wouldn't give me any recommendation of anyone else who could help and 2 they refused to give me any advice as to how to secure my trunk. Master Auto repair was the complete opposite. They were professional AND kind, understanding, and willing to see me...even though it was right before their lunch break. When i arrived, they immediately got to work and fixed my problem in 30 min...they didn't charge me anything for the labor and were incredibly understanding and even said "we are not going to charge you for something so simple.". Now i did pay for a simple evaluation 40 but it was completely worth their service. I would have paid more. Thank you master Auto repair. You are on the top of my list for Auto problems. |
