Yvonne Cotman | Mr. Dillon was very professional. He was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He earned. The five stars. He fixed my dryer and cleaned the lint trap. I will recommend him to my family and friends. I plan to keep his contact information. He fixes all appliances except microwaves. Thanks Mr. Dillon you did a great job. |
Casey Cash | Arranged for repair between 9am and 1pm. They didn't show or call. After I called them they came out later. Gave me an estimate of 180 on the phone, price of 242 when they started working. Part was available on line for 30 to 45, they worked on machine for no more than 30 minutes, so their labor charge was around 400 per hour for tech and his helper. I thought this was out of line. |
Scott Lucchesi | There is no way this is a five star company. No way. Still waiting on a call back. The washer they fixed is worse than when they came. Just let it run a few days it will stop making that noise. Dont mind the smoke. Save yourself the pain call a professional. |
