Eric has great communication - he always picked up the phone or called back quickly, he followed through on appointments and anything else he said he would do. He was able to make last-minute appointments to get us a working fridge as quickly as possible. We were dealing with a horrific home warranty company, and Eric had to make multiple extra calls and submit extra paperwork in dealing with their hurdles. He was the one person who was empathetic that we didn't have a working fridge. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Eric! |

I convinced him to come take a look at it and he diagnosed the problem right away, searched for parts on the internet and fixed it!!!. And for a very reasonable price! |

Called after LG referred me to him, he said he doesn't touch top loads and didn't even give me another place that could help me. -1 rating for customer service out of 10. If you are looking to work with someone who is friendly and great at customer service, DO NOT Call this place. |
