| Mrs. Ward | I am very disappointed with their service. Nov 4, 2018 was my first time contacting this business to repair my dishwasher and refrigerator. On two different occasions I was told a repairman would come to my house., I waited for hours and he never visited my residence. I personally went to the office two more times to schedule an appointment time, and finally on February 4th, 2019, a repairman fixed my refrigerator. As for my dishwasher, I was told a part would need to be ordered. I have called three times in attempts to gain insight on the progress of the ordered part needed to fix my dishwasher. I have yet to hear from anyone, and it is June 1st. At this point, I will be seeking alternative services for appliance repairs. |
