And 2 Brenda owns it and I bought my machine from Pink Castle in Ann Arbor so it will be good there. : The person who checked in my machine was so rude. She has been there before Brenda purchased the business and is why I don't usually go in there. I left my machine anyways. When I got the call, only 5 days later, that it was fixed, I was greeted on the phone by a lovely man. I didn't get his name but he kindly explained what had happened. Even though it was my fault, he didn't make me feel that way. I was worried about the cost and it was so much less than I expected! Yes, we will return for machine repairs and service for sure! I adore Brenda and her staff at Pink Castle and want to support her and her business! |
