Bernie and Tom K. were very professional and courteous. I was very impressed on how thorough they checked to make sure all of the connections were installed properly, including the basement and outside vent of our new dryer. They were on time and worked quickly. They also made sure to tell me that if I ever had any questions or concerns to be sure to let them know right away. Great service, and we love supporting our hometown store. We have purchased all of our appliances from Silica, and recommend them to everyone.
