My only complaint and the reason for 4 not 5 stars is that the shoes were not ready on the specified date, so I had to make an extra trip to and from the store. However, the kind staff provided me with a small discount for my inconvenience, so all in all it was an excellent experience. I would come here again, and definitely recommend this place for shoe alteration or repair. |
