This man then told AHS that he would come on Monday morning well today is Monday and I called and he stated that he wouldn't be able to come to my house until this afternoon! then he told me that the reason that he didn't show up was because he wasn't driving in the rain unless I answered my phone mind you I spoke to him on Saturday at 9am because I wanted to verify my work order! NEVER USE HIM HE IS A LIAR!!!!! |
| samir shatat | By far this man and company have no regard for their customers. He came out to my house thru sears warranty company and was not able to fix the issue. It's been three days and he has yet to report the diagnosis to Sears. A simple call to report about his findings is to hard a task for this incompetent man. He works out of his house and never answers his phone. Sears is also guilty in this also for even having a person like this under them doing work for them. |
