There are no words for having all your food spoil for Thanksgiving. How do you explain to a disabled vet and a pregnant woman that the refrigerator will not be fixed??? I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM SEARS AND NEITHER WILL ANY OF MY ACQUAINTANCES!!! To have the Agents confirm that the technician did refuse to contact and show up for the appointment, is outrageous!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! |
