He comes and tells you he needs to order parts and then never comes back, does not return your calls and does not respond to his voice messages. He will answer calls from LG while you are on hold with them and tells them the parts are on order and he bills them for the service call. He will then use the parts for people who call about the same issue on an expired warranty because they are paying out of pocket. It is a vicious cycle that has gone unresolved since May 2017 and it is now October 2017. Our ice maker has been broken since. LG makes the product so they owner can not repair on their own so you must use a repair service. He is friendly when he comes so one would think nothing of it but he will bill the company and then use the parts for other folks. Don't bother with him. We have filled with the BBB as well. What a SCAM. LG is investigating him as well due to so many similar complaints. |
