Their person on the phone refused to talk to me about the part I needed until and unless I could give her a manufacturerproblem is I only needed a very generic part which all manufacturers have. She had absolutely no interest in helping me.

Technicians have no idea what they are doing and the billing department is extremely rude. I was told there was no manager to complain to. Will not use this company.

I called Commercial Appliance to come to my small business to take care of a fryer issue that I had been having and needed for a busy weekend. I called on a Thursday afternoon and the technician showed up the following day to repair my unit. The technician was able to repair it on site. He was very knowledgeable of my equipment and he answered all the questions I had. I was very pleased with the service that he provided for me on such short notice. Hopefully I don't need to call them again but if any other equipment at my business goes down - I will use them.
