They need to offer higher quality tools. If it is a public store, then then need to offer products that are also higher quality. |
| Andy Jeffers | I tend to go to menards as I like what they offer but the manager at this store should go back to stocking shelves. She was very rude and ill informed on how to operate. Was not helpful at all and when I showed her directions on how to use the coupon check I was using she would not even read them and just declined and said it was wrong. I will be writing to corporate next with the directions to see what they have to say as it is very clear and easy. I tend not to write reviews unless it was either very exceptional service or very bad. |
