We agreed to have the guard installed since they won't work on anything if uts been altered.. they are incredibly expensive and my handle and pulley is so hard to rotate up and down now. It's so unpleasant. I feel like they expect high pay for mediocre work and not excellent service. I feel like they could have worked alittle harder and making sure it was working in full best capacity.. for paying well over 2,000 dollars I feel my handle should be working alot better.. disappointed. |
