2 workers came out within 24 hours. They were able to quickly diagnosis the problem with the fridge/freezer. They looked up warranty information even without me having much information on the fridge as it is a new house to us and an appliance that is multiple years old. They found that it was under a total parts and labor warranty and within the 8 year window. They did the repairs quickly with no issues and left no mess behind. Absolutely no charge and were very professional. Would definitely use them again.

Original appointment was rescheduled, which has happened almost every time we schedule a repair appointment. Took a week to get the part in. After it was installed, the original issue was repaired, however now we have no hot water running to either of our washers. Although the original issue is fixed, we now have another to deal with. Being a business it's hard to wait a week or more to have an issue corrected, then another issue created.

I was extremely disappointed with Sears Appliance Repair because when I spoke with the Sears representative before setting up the appointment, I specifically indicated the problem I was experiencing with the dryer smoke smell, likely clogged vent, desire to have vent replaced and asked at least twice if the person coming out would bring the proper tools to fix it and whether he would have the ability to fix it. I was told that he would in fact have the necessary tools and that he would be able to fix it. When he arrived, he spent 2-3 minutes examining the dryer and vent and announced that Sears didn't do this type of work. He confirmed that the vent was clogged and that was the reason for the smoke smell. He gave me a bill of 79, which he said he had to collect. He gave me the number of the company's Resolution Hotline. I tried to explain the problem to this individual who ended up hanging up on me.
