| Carol Atkeson | They really don't even deserve one star. Big company who uses lots of different technicians. No quality control. I was told my control board for my furnace was "fried." The year before they replaced the inducer motor and igniter switch for 1700 which I've since learned was double what I should have paid. I was ready to get a new furnace mine was 13 years old and then I called Annuzzi Heating and Cooling who came out to fix my control board for half the price but guess what? My control board was fine and my heater just needed a 200 fix! I almost bought a new furnace on the recommendation of the Smith Brothers! What a racket! Don't use this company....find a local family run business. Rip off! |
