| ashley Grzybowski | I brought my 1997 Toyota 4runner to this business in January for a new windshield. Since then it has been back 5 times to fix leaks and it is still leaking. They will not reimburse me for time and money and once they left my car on the street and didn't lock the doors. I had over 300 in tools in the car that luckily were not stolen. I have a full time job and 2 children and it is very difficult to constantly bring the vehicle back especially when i have to pay gas for somebody to drop me off/pick up the vehicle and still will not reimburse for fuel when it cost me 10 1 way each time. That's 20 each return trip. So a 215 windshield has cost me 315 and is still not fixed. I am very dissatisfied with how i have been treated. They now will not answer/return me or my wifes calls but will answer when i call from different numbers. I have talked to a lawyer and will follow up. This is very disappointing because they came highly recommended by multiple people. They have told me it was my sunroof and door seals even tho i have video evidence of the leak in the windshield. New time i will use safelite because the 40 price difference is worth a true quality job. This vehicle has no accidents so there is absolutely no reason for this situation |
