The service guy that came to fix our dishwasher was very polite, did the job fast and checked the connections before he left. My husband slid the dishwasher back in place, hooked it up and so far working like it was a new machine again. I was very satisfied with the work that was preformed.

John Schaeffer had to work very diligently over several weeks to get to the bottom of my washing machine problem. He was very professional and I always felt he was going to resolve my problem even though it was a complicated process. I really appreciated John's service and help and expertise.

We had a dishwasher repair guy come out, but should of had a plumer tech instead, since it wasn't the dishwasher and he could of done some unclogging work and it would of been fixed while he was here. lesson learned or have the techs be multi dual trades.

the tech who arrived early was very knowledgeable and personable. job done quickly too.

The Service went well and the machine is working so far BUT I had to leave the technician with my wife as I had to leave home and I was explicit with him before I left that I did not want to put big money in this machine. He heard me, he knew. Samsungs are terrible machines! Later, I found out from my wife, who didn't know what a cheap heater coil is calling it a spring that he replaced it and the entire job cost us over 400!! I could have gotten one for 40 online already checked in advance and replaced it in one hour or less, hands down myself! Watch out for these guys. Be very clear what you expect and get a little educated on your machine and parts so they don't take advantage of you.

The service representative was very prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable.He inspected and diagnosed the problem in his first visit, and a week later the part arrived and he was back to finish the repair!!
