Mr. Appliance was a great experience! We were able to get a quick next business day appointment to diagnose some issues with our dishwasher. We received email reminders, as well as a text in the morning letting us know Patrick Shropshire was on the way. Patrick was friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. He tested every possible scenario on our dishwasher, and gave us multiple recommendations for next steps. He also gave us a heads up on what to look out for on some of our other appliances. I would absolutely utilize Mr. Appliance again, and will be requesting Patrick if another appliance has issues!

Excellent communication. We were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Even scheduling through their main office was pleasant. It was the most courteous and professional interaction I've had in years. The day prior, we received a text confirming our appointment along with a picture of the technician that would be arriving. This was a nice touch I'd never thought to appreciate. It's reassuring to know that the person coming to your door is exactly who they say they are. He Will arrived promptly, and towards the earlier part of the scheduled time frame. Even though there seemed to be some trouble diagnosing the problem, his thoroughness ultimately identified the issue. He was able to fix it and be out the door in around 20 minutes.
