The repairman was very efficient and knowledgeable. He told me what he was doing as he did it. He was very polite and friendly. I just hope my ice maker is fixed.

Let me begin by saying that the repairman that finally repaired my Kenmore refrigerator was fantastic and this is no reflection on him. Sears is SO bad. SOOOOO BAD. This very same repair was just done ten months ago this is a three year old fridge, BTW and cost me about 400 and took a month to finally get repaired. It took SIX weeks to repair my refrigerator this time and Sears cancelled TWO appointments in the process. One cancellation was due to the fact that Sears sent the wrong part to my home. Another cancellation was made because the repair guy called and said that the equipment he uses to flush the freon from the system was broken. There was no attempt to expedite a new appointment either time even though Sears cancelled the appointments. I got thrown back on the calendar into the next available time slot. Talking to customer service on the phone was a complete waste of time. The woman that I talked to, Gina, actually tried to blame one of the cancelled appointments on me, but she eventually had to admit that was not true at all. I emailed the searscares address three times to try to get it expedited and I didn't receive ONE response. I contacted Sears three times on FB and didn't get ONE response. I did get a response on Twitter. They said that they would try to get it expedited, but all they did was actually nothing but get me off of publicity viewed tweets and into DM. So, within the last ten months, I've spent approx 800 in labor to repair a three year, old 2000 Kenmore refrigerator, and have been without that refrigerator for 2 1/2 months out of those 10 months. If this sounds like a good time to you, buy Kenmore appliances from Sears.

I extremely pleased with the service I received from my technician Rosendo, he was very professional, explained what the problem was with our freezer, called and located the part need to fix our freezer, went and picked it up and a very short time and completed our service in a very timely manner. He even gave me the contact info for use to request a reimbursement form for the large amount of food we had recently stocked up for the holiday season.

MARK WAS AWESOME!!! He even vacuumed out my DRYER!!! He ordered all the parts to my WASHER, that will be repaired on Dec. 6th!!! They have all arrived too! MARK is the "GO TO GUY"!!!!! Thanks so much!!! ;-

Our washing machine is working great! Only we received some bars and springs that were supposed to go into the machine?? and we don't know what to do with them. Please contact us to let us know what to do with them. Thanks!
