Sara Armantrout | Please do not use this company. Truly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I had an appointment today for a technician to look at my non working oven. I called twice this morning to get a day-of time estimate because I was having to leave work to meet the technician. I also verified that they had the correct phone number for the technician to contact me at when he arrived because I would need let him into the building. I showed up at the first time frame they gave and waited..... no one showed up. I called and they said it would not be for another two hours. Okay... annoying, but whatever. I went back to work and then just over an hour later I received a text that the technician was on his way. I called customer service again to verify time because the agent before mentioned the technician was at a location very far from me. I was told by the agent that he would be there after 1pm. I was wary so I asked again “so if I get to my house by 1pm, that will be okay? And please ensure this number is the number he will contact” I was told “yes this is the number, he will not arrive until after 1pm” about 13 minutes before 1pm the technician called the WRONG phone number, he called the secondary number on the account my landlords number and the number I explained to 4 different agents that morning he should not call and left a message stating he was there and couldn't get in the building. Two minutes later he left. He never once called the number he was supposed to, which was clearly listed on the service schedule for all to see. I saw him driving away and I called customer service right then my landlord tried to call his number several times as well, he didn't answer and I asked them to send him back. They said no. I explained the situation and told them he had not called the number he was supposed to and I was literally watching him drive away right then. They said no and there was nothing they could do. Very long story shortish - all in total I spent 2hrs and 20 minute on the phone with Sears customer service today and received the most appalling service during that time frame. Throughout the course of the day I bent over backward to ensure this appointment was scheduled correctly and that I was on schedule. In return I was misinformed by numerous Sears agents, the technician did not follow what was clearly written on the service order, then they flat out refused to ask the technician who I could see driving away to stop, come back, and complete the service call he was scheduled for. All they would do is reschedule my appointment for Friday, leaving me without an oven for at least another two days and forcing me to reschedule the holiday cookie party I had scheduled for my daughter her very first holiday cookie party. This is not the only negative experience I have had with them, but it is by far the worst. I will go out of my way to not use the service again. Both at my own home as well as at the 300 properties that we manage in the area I live in. |
Rev. Dr. Jelf,Phd | Still waiting after month and half tiring to get the part. 2 trips out and 5 hours tearing the machine down and still no joy, now Sears want to start the process all over again. their protection plan sucks. repair tech say machine is un safe. They left it un hooked just sitting with cord taped over control pannel |
Monica Hilding | Discovered a lose wire that was preventing the dishwasher from draining completely in the first five minutes of his visit. It was a quick fix and I'm very happy to have a working dishwasher again. |
