I always feel that you can tell a good company when you are experiencing a problem with your purchase, do they support it and make it right, my experience with Bill Smith so far is no. 9000 for a refrigerator seems to be a rather costly product, so I guess I'm assuming that it would be backed up with equally good service after the purchase, not so. I was repeatedly asked to take a video of my refrigerator not working, so that Bill Smith can send it to the manufacturer to prove it's not working! Yes, I asked this many times, simply because I couldn't believe what they wanted. I thought that by simply telling them it's not working, that would be good enough, otherwise why go through all this hassle? Hopefully I'll finish this issue with them, but going forward, they are off my radar for purchasing anything. |
