John is incredibly responsive to email and was very helpful in directing me towards an appliance warehouse that stocked the parts I needed for the washer. While it did take two trips to get the washer working completely a secondary issue went unnoticed on the first trip they were timely on both trips and was great to work with. I will be using Extrem Experts for all of my repair needs in the future. |
