He was good to work with and took time explaining, in some detail, what is involved in that process. He found a zone damper that was inoperative and we discussed it's replacement. We also discussed the different "programs" offered by JN Comfort for twice a year seasonal Tune-up/changeover which I am interested in. I was very impressed with the knowledge, courtesy and abilities of this young man. |
