Talk about two different ends of the spectrum! One store didn't say a word to us in the hour we were there looking at different appliances and Kevin probably spent an hour with us showing/telling us the differences between manufacturers and how they worked. He answered our many questions whether in person, by phone or email. I never felt as if I didn't matter as I was made to feel at the other place. I wouldn't go any where else!
